The studio unit sleeps up to 4 guests with a queen-size bed, a daybed and an additional twin bed in the loft. It includes a 19" TV with basic cable; CD radio; a phone for local use, calling card calls and Internet dial-up access. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot, double burner hot plate, dishes, glasses and utensils.
