Check-in is anytime after 3:00 pm and check-out by 11:00 am.

When you check-out, leave the keys on the table and lock the door.

There is ample parking at the far end of the house, in front of the tree branch, in front of the barriers by the coconut trees or park near the banana patches.

If only part of the house is rented, the spiral staircase is off limits.

No pets allowed in all units.

No camping on the property.

Do not initiate the grill near the house or deck and absolutely no grilling on the deck.

No smoking is allowed inside.

The house is not childproof, so it is your responsibility to ensure the safety of your children.

Quiet time from 10pm to 8am.

Please treat our home with respect, otherwise you will be responsible for any property damage.
